How To Use P-Off Concentrated Bio-Enzymatic Cleaner Solution
Using Bio-Enzymatic for Light to Medium Cleaning
To treat light odours and disease causing organic matter on your desired surfaces, dilute 60ml to 120ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water. The P-Off Hydro Foamer is recommended for the most effective results with Bio-Enzymatic. Allow solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary.
Recommended coverage for 4 liters of diluted P-Off Bio-Enzymatic is approximately 30sqm.
Bio-Enzymatic for Residential Cleaning
To treat medium odours and disease causing organic matter on your desired surfaces, dilute 240ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water. Use our Hydro Foamer, or your own if you already own one similar, for the most effective results. Allow the diluted enzymatic solution to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary.
Using Bio-Enzymatic for Commercial Strength Surface Odour, Disease Control
To treat commercial grade odour and disease causing organic matter on your desired surfaces, dilute 500ml of P-Off Bio-Enzymatic solution to 4 litres of clean water. The P-Off Hydro Foamer 1.4L is recommended for the most effective results when applying our enzymatic cleaning solution. A similar operating auto diluting foam sprayer would work as well. Allow it to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse, if required agitate surface with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary.
Bio-Enzymatic for Synthetic Turf Odour Control
For removal and neutralising of odour, caused by urine, faeces and other organic matter in synthetic turf and other texturised surfaces. Dilute 240ml of P-Off solution to 4 litres of clean water, then apply with cleaning solution foamer for best results If necessary agitate the turf with a stiff bristle broom. Repeat if necessary.

Bio-Enzymatic for Drain Maintenance
Enzyme cleaners are excellent for drain maintenance. No need for a dilution ratio here. Bio-Enzymatic for drain cleaning calls for 120ml to 240ml of undiluted P-Off Bio-Enzymatic directly to an effected drain you're cleaning. Best to then allow it to sit overnight before rinsing with clean water the next day. Repeat if necessary.
